The Evening Standard

Our cause is, in our humble opinion, a noble one and we are honoured that Philippa Stockley from the Evening Standard has covered such a noble cause and illustrated it with a marvelllous image by photographer David Butler.

Such a shame that there seems to be the continued protestation that alternative architectural designs to those proposed by Sir Michael Hopkins are in existence and are as able to protect the heritage of The Hospital. It is a shame because although alternative designs exist, they have already been assessed an found desperately wanting in terms of their ability to prevent the further decline of The North Wing.

We remain determined, not least because promises made by others are empty and history dictates that the protection of a heritage site under the NHS is both inappropriate and unviable.

Still - jolly good article and what a fab photo!
